Welcome Town of Johnston Water District Customers. Below and to the left you will find links to information that has been sent to our customers through their bills. Providence Water would like to extend this information to you since you have not yet received any bills from Providence Water. Please read the Frequently Asked Questions and if you have any others, please contact out Customer Service department at 401-521-6304.
The Town of Johnston Water District customers will be receiving your future retail water bills directly from Providence Water in the upcoming months. Our goal is to send your next bill in April 2021. If our testing and data verification is not ready then you will be notified of the delay. The Providence Water first consumption bill will charge you the Johnston water rate, you have been paying, from your last Johnston water bill through February 28, 2021 and the Providence Water rate beginning March 1, 2021.
