Town of Johnston Water District Annexation Fee (Per HCF):  $0.34

Examples:

  1. If a residential customer uses 25 HCF in a billing month, the WATER charge will be $95.75 (25 X 3.830).
  2. If a commercial customer uses 1100 HCF in a billing month, the WATER charge will be $4,415.40 (1100 X 4.014)
