Hydrant Flow Test Request
To request a hydrant flow test within the Providence Water system, applicants must submit a request in writing on a company letterhead. The request must include the following:
- Address location for the project.
- Name of the commercial property for which the test is being requested.
- Full name, phone number and email of the person to contact if questions arise.
- Check made payable to Providence Water in the amount of $118.00.

Once a flow test is completed, the test results will be emailed to you and a hard copy will be mailed to the address provided.
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for completion.
Hydrant flow test requests cannot be made over the phone.
