Providence Water Tour/Site Visit Application and Guidelines

TOUR/SITE VISIT GUIDELINES

• Applications may be submitted up to three months in advance and no less than 14 days in advance.
• Participant information will need to be verified prior to scheduling any tour/site visit.
• All guests 18 years of age or older are required to present valid photo identification upon entering a Providence Water facility.
• Guests will not be allowed to bring any bags or backpacks into the facility.
• Photographs, audio recordings or video recordings will not be allowed unless prior authorization has been granted by Providence Water.
• The Providence Water Treatment Plant is an active work area. All safety and security protocols must be followed by guests.
• Providence Water reserves the right to cancel, postpone, suspend or reschedule any tour/site visit at our discretion.
