Providence Water Accelerated Lead Service Line Replacement Program

Providence Water is replacing private-side lead service lines for FREE at eligible locations thanks to federal and state funding.

This page is where property owners with lead service lines can sign up for a lead service line replacement by submitting a Right of Entry form.

Visit our Lead Service Line Location Map to learn if you have a lead service line. Enter the building address in the web page.

Sign-Up for Lead Service Line Replacements:

Step 1: Are you the property owner? Only property owners can sign-up for a lead service line replacement. Tenants may not sign up. If you are a tenant, please let your landlord know about this program.

Step 3: After submitting your information, you will receive an email with a link to log into your leadCAST account. Click this link and enter your email and password you created in step 2.

Step 4: After logging in, you will see an option to complete a Right of Entry form. Click on this form, fill out your information, and then submit. Once completed, you will be signed up for lead service replacement at your property.

Once you complete your Right of Entry form:

We will review your address for eligibility for a free replacement. Then we will reach out via email to confirm eligibility and give a schedule update or direct you to funding options if you are not currently eligible for a free replacement. If you are eligible for free replacement, you will receive schedule updates via email about every 3-6 months until your address is scheduled for replacement.
